Facilitators
Our facilitators are highly experienced in Strategy Consulting. We've walked the talk for many years

Chris Barker
Large-scale Nation-changing projects he led:
Co-founded Right-to-Care, to solve SA HIV (which we achieved). Today that’s a R2.7bn/yr NGO.
Guided Anglo to be the first company in the world to fund employee HIV treatment (then built Direct AIDS Intervention for Alex Forbes where we sold HIV management to over 30 large corporates)
Co-founded Neotel, SA’s largest BBBEE initiative, with 20 million indigent beneficiaries
Led the MTN Iran bid, and was entrusted by the Board (specifically Cyril, Phutuma & Irene) to carry the $27bn bid document & envelope into Iran
Led all of SA’s on-the-ground response to COVID over 2019 & 2020 (doubling SA beds, Oxygen to 6.5x normal supply, and SA's world-leading testing capacity)
Built the SA vaccine program from scratch to a R40bn/yr managed revenue biz in 4 months, the fastest biz build in the history of SA
Strategy & problem-solving credentials:
Ex McKinsey manager
Arguably SA’s top trainer in Critical Thinking (aka problem solving, or consulting)
Conceived and formed Deloitte Gigs, to attract top tier talent
Other substantive Africa business building projects he has led:
Co-founded RightMed pharmacy, SA’s 3rd largest retail group (HIV drug to NGOs indigent pricing)
Co-founded Weather SA, the commercialisation of SAWS IP. Here, even as CEO, I built all the tech in v1.0 (back then classic SQL and classic ASP, so I’m tech savvy, but know nothing later than that)
Led turnaround of TopTV, concluding in sale to Star Media
Led turnaround of Aquarius Platinum
Turned and sold Stutt Brick to Corobrick, a factory of 800 near indigent workers, in rural Bisho

Aphiwe Dlamini
Aphiwe Dlamini is a Mechanical Engineer with her BSc done in SA.
After working in Deloitte Strategy consulting for 8 years, she moved into Vodacom to lead the build of Vodapay.
Aphiwe is a skilled leadership trainer with a background in Multipliers, and has moved into Critical Thinking after seeing the corporate demand for this course, and given her understanding that this is the foundation of strategy consulting.

Support staff
Our sessions of 25-30 people are intense, and we need support staff to ensure teams are not left waiting for feedback and direction. As a 75% black-woman owned business, we proudly hire young black graduate ladies into this role. Our facilitators are eloquent, presentable, and have been trained on how to steer teams.
